Amgen seeks a Director for Neural Nexus – Agentic AI Business Solutions (Field) to lead AI-enabled field initiatives. You will partner with Field Leadership, Commercial, and Digital teams to advance Generative AI, analytics, and automation.
This role requires 2–3 days onsite in Thousand Oaks, CA, with a mix of strategic planning and hands-on delivery. You will define roadmaps, track KPIs, and drive value realization across the field organization.
