Supply Chain Sr. Associate

Payrate: $40.00 - $40.00/hr summary:
The Supply Chain Senior Associate I role is within the Development Supply Chain Technologies (DSCT) organization. The DSCT team manages clinical customization for SAP/ ERP processes for Clinical Supply Chain Planning, Clinical Customer Service, Warehouse and Distribution. Responsibilities:
Manage error messages between Clinical Supply External Trial Operator Staging Tables and SAP system. Work with business to ensure timely resolution of errors to ensure inventory accuracy across systems. Update Clinical Master data in SAP system to ensure accurate and timely shipments of clinical finished goods to clinical sites. Monitor Clinical Data Quality reports in Syniti tool to ensure SAP system data integrity.

Manage intake process for tickets in Service Now assigned to DSCT resolver group. Assign tickets to correct resolver, categorize ticket by root cause for metrics visibility. Manage DSCT GMP process documents. Maintain DSCT team dashboard and team meeting agenda using Smartsheet. Manage Order to Cash weekly issues meetings. Act as backup owner of the SAP Clinical Portal used to manage shipments to clinical sites and reconciliation of Investigational Product.

Manage end of study reconciliation requests. Basic Qualifications Doctorate or master’s degree and 2 years of SAP and/or IS system experience preferably in the biotechnology or pharmaceutical industry OR Bachelor’s degree and 4 years of SAP and/or IS system experience preferably in the biotechnology or pharmaceutical industry OR Associate’s degree and 10 years of SAP and/or IS system experience preferably in the biotechnology or pharmaceutical industry OR High school diploma / GED and 12 years of SAP and/or IS system experience preferably in the biotechnology or pharmaceutical industry

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with SAP Order to Cash functionality.

Experience with SAP Plan to Stock functionality.

Experience with data query tools such as Cognos.

Experience with IS management tools, such as ISM.

Experience with computerized system validation testing.

Experience with Smartsheet, Copilot.

Experience with process automation, RPA implementation and basic AI functionality. Top 3 Must Have Skill Sets:
Bachelor’s + 4 years SAP/IS experience General SAP experience (may not be clinical-specific) Limited or moderate biotech/pharma exposure Technical Capabilities Basic working knowledge of: SAP transactions Master data updates Ticketing systems (Service Now or similar) ○ Some experience resolving system errors ○ Basic reporting tool exposure (Excel, Cognos, etc.) ○ Familiar with regulated environments but may not have deep CSV experience Functional Understanding: ○ General supply chain understanding ○ Exposure to Order to Cash processes ○ Limited experience with clinical trial supply complexities Professional

Skills:

○ Able to manage assigned tickets and tasks ○ Participates in meetings but may not lead them ○ Maintains documentation with guidance Pay Transparency:
The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is: $40.00 - $40.00 /hr. Non-exempt positions are eligible for overtime at a rate of 1.5 times the base hourly rate for all hours worked in excess of 40 in a work week, or as required by state or local law. Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education and experience.
