Salary: $140,000 - $185,000 per year.

5+ years of experience defending General Liability and/or Personal Injury claims. Experience with public entity law is a plus.

• Independently manage a full caseload of civil defense matters from start to finish.
• Handle all phases of litigation: pleadings, discovery, depositions, motion practice, and trial prep.
• Draft client and carrier reports, analyze claims, and identify defense strategy.
• Participate in settlement conferences, court appearances, and mediations.
• Collaborate with firm leadership and mentor junior attorneys as needed.

• California Bar license in good standing.
• Strong legal writing, research, and analytical skills.
• Experience in litigation strategy, client communication, and courtroom appearances.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities and work autonomously.
• Bonus points for experience with public entities or municipalities.
