We are a national staffing firm and are currently seeking a Maintenance Planner/Scheduler for a prominent client of ours. This position is located in Newbury Park (Thousand Oaks), CA
. Details of the position are as follows.
- Pay is $ (based one experience) to start!!
- 6 – month assignment with the potential for extension/conversion based on performance and budget.
- Monday – Friday
- Standard preventive maintenance scheduling, work order backlog triage, basic spare parts staging, and updating CMMS records.
- Ability to estimate labor hours, materials and visualize job execution
- Ability to recognize job hazards and apply the right safety measures such as hot work permits, lock-out-tag-out (LOTO) and personal protective equipment
- Working knowledge of computers in a reasonable training period
- Good planning, organizational and multi-tasking skills
- Able to read blueprints and technical drawings
- Mechanical/electrical/instrumentation background necessary and technical school background desired
