• Join our client as a Specialist in Manufacturing, focusing on New Product Introduction. This role is pivotal in integrating new products into our client's manufacturing facility. You'll lead cross-functional teams, manage project timelines, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement project plans for new product introductions, ensuring scope, schedule, and risk management are maintained.
• Resolve issues promptly and communicate effectively with management and cross-functional teams.
• Manage Change Controls, ensuring compliance with GMP regulatory procedures.
• Lead team meetings to ensure project milestones are met on schedule.
• Communicate project updates clearly to peers and senior leadership.

Skills Required:

• Experience in project management and cross-functional team leadership.
• Knowledge of Drug Product Formulation and Vial/Syringe Filling operations.
• Familiarity with quality systems like change control and validation practices.
• Strong organizational and technical writing skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in regulated environments (e.g., cGMP).
