A leading biotech company in Thousand Oaks is hiring a Pilot Plant Manufacturing Associate to support process development in purification operations. Responsibilities include hands-on work with large-scale chromatography and filtration equipment, documenting results, and participating in process improvements. The ideal candidate has a high school diploma/GED and at least 2 years of related experience, with a preference for candidates holding a bachelor’s degree.

Strong communication and analytical skills are a must. This role will involve rotating shifts and physical tasks.
