HERA Health Care is seeking an experienced and passionate Registered Nurse Practitioner (minimum 2 years of experience) to join our growing holistic women’s wellness and aesthetic medical practice in beautiful Thousand Oaks, CA.

About Our Practice
  • HERA Health Care (Wellness Site): Insurance-based and concierge care, hormone therapy, OB/GYN services, menopause management, anti‑aging and restorative medicine.

  • HERA Beauty and Wellness (Aesthetic Site): Safe, effective, minimally invasive laser treatments, IV therapy, peptide therapy, weight management solutions, and regenerative medicine.

We are seeking a high-energy, growth-minded Mid‑Level Provider (RNP or PA‑C) who shares our passion for holistic wellness, hormone balance, and aesthetic medicine. Experience is valued, but we are happy to train the right candidate whose values, personality, and work ethic align with our culture

The Position

As a key clinical leader, you will:

  • Lead day‑to‑day clinical activities of the practice

  • Collaborate with the Supervising Physician and Practice Manager to establish systems, protocols, and long‑term treatment plans

  • Conduct patient consultations, assessments, and personalized treatment plans

  • Manage pre‑operative and post‑operative care, including direct patient communication

  • Deliver a luxury, brand‑driven patient experience through exceptional customer service

  • Educate patients on wellness and aesthetic offerings

  • Cross‑sell services and products that enhance treatment outcomes

  • Serve as an ambassador of the practice through community outreach and referral networking

  • Contribute to marketing and growth initiatives

  • Maintain accurate, detailed documentation in all IT and EMR systems

  • Ensure compliance with all policies, procedures, and regulations

  • Work collaboratively with providers, management, and support staff

Must‑Haves
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as an RNP or PA‑C

  • Demonstrated leadership and team‑player mentality

  • Strong diagnostic and clinical decision‑making skills

  • Willingness to learn new techniques (IV therapy, pellet therapy, peptides, etc.)

  • Flexible schedule availability

Compensation & Benefits

Position: Full‑Time (Minimum 4 days/week)
Pay: $65–$75/hour
Annual Salary: $135,000 – $155,000 (DOE)
Paid Bi‑Weekly
