Number of Staff – 42 total

Day Shift – (1 CNC/Charge RN, 3 RNs, Nursery RN, Lactation RN (6 hours), Meal Break RN) all RN staff; no ancillary support

Night Shift – Same as above

Patient Ratios – 1:4 couplets

Type of equipment – Alaris IV pumps, vital sign machines, blanket warmer, phototherapy

EMR – Centricity perinatal/Meditech

Must have:
Candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role.

• RN License
• Nursery and Postpartum experience
• BLS, NRP Certifications

• Lactation support

• Newborn circumcisions (NSY)
• Occasional blood patch by Anesthesia
• Blood transfusion

Team player that multi-tasks well

• BLS, NRP

• NICU with previous experience with feeder/grower infants

• Scrub Color/Attire - Navy Blue Scrub Top and Navy Blue Scrub Pants, Navy Blue Jacket
