• 9 LDRs and 4 additional beds for triage and outpatient testing
• 43 staff members
• Staff types:
  Director/Manager
  Day Shift – 1 Clinical Nurse Coordinator or Charge RN, 4-5 RNs, 1 Meal Break RN, Ob Tech, Unit Assistant
  Night Shift – Same.
• Patient ratios – 1:1, 1:2, 1:3
• Equipment – Hospital beds, GE Novii and wired fetal monitors, OR equipment
• EMR – CPN/Meditech

• Excellent Critical Thinking Skills
• BLS, ACLS, NRP
• Fetal monitoring, 2 years of experience
• C-Section Circulator and Post CS recovery
• Vaginal Exams
• Care of the laboring patient, including CS and Vaginal delivery and recovery
• Care of the high-risk antepartum patient:
  Gestational Hypertension, Gestational Diabetes
• Obstetrical Emergencies, including Ob Hemorrhage
• Care of the newborn, within the first hour of life:
  Breastfeeding, initial latch
• Strong customer service
