Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) – Part Time (Weekends)

We are seeking a compassionate and dependable Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join our healthcare team in the Thousand Oaks facility. The LVN will provide direct patient care, support clinical staff, and ensure high-quality service in a professional healtcare facility. The ideal candidate is detailed oriented, patient focused, and commited to maintaining a safe and supportive environment.

• Provide direct nursing care to patients in accordance with care plans and physician instructions
• Monitor Patient health, including vital signs, symptoms and overall condition
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Assist with daily living activities such as hygiene, mobility, and comfort
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care
• Collaborate with physicians, RNs and other healthcare staff to coordinate care
• Respond promptly to patient needs and emergencies
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, policies, and safety standards

• Active California LVN license in good standing
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• Previous experience in a healthcare facility (but not required)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Compassionate, reliable, and professional demeanor

• Part Time – 8 hour shifts
• Must be able to work Saturdays

• Competitive pay based on experience (Pay: $35.00 - $40.00 per hour)
