Los Robles Regional Medical Center is hiring a Nurse Manager for the Acute Rehabilitation unit. The manager will oversee clinical care, staff coordination, and compliance with hospital policies and standards.

• Monitor and evaluate the delivery of patient care using the nursing process.
• Interpret and implement physicians' orders, policies, procedures, and professional standards.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality and safe patient outcomes.
• Lead unit staff meetings and performance reviews.
• Manage staffing, scheduling, and resource allocation for the acute rehab unit.
• Maintain regulatory compliance and documentation standards.

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program.
• BSN required; MSN preferred.
• Current California Registered Nurse license.
• Current CPR certification (American Heart Association or American Red Cross).
