Aesthetic Registered Nurse (RN)

Job Type: Part‑time

Compensation: $28/hr base rate + tips & commission | $55/hr guaranteed rate

• Part‑time RN, available on Saturday/Sunday and one weekday (Mon‑Fri) shift.
• Must work during clinic operating hours (as posted on website, subject to change). Expected to be scheduled 11 hours, working 10 hours after breaks.
• Minimum one day per week, with ability to flex to 2 or a 3rd shift as needed. Must commit to a schedule 60 days in advance.
• Reliable commute to the home clinic location; may need to travel to other clinics for coverage.

This role requires long periods of sitting and standing. The RN will lift and move inventory and other clinic assets.

The Aesthetic Registered Nurse partners with the clinic team to provide clients with excellence services, advanced medical‑grade technologies, and skin care product recommendations on their customized skin care journey. While other companies specialize in injectables, hair removal, and tattoo removal, we specialize in facials. We help develop effective routines and customized plans with compassion and high energy. The RN should be ready to join a hard‑working, high‑volume medical‑grade skin care clinic.

• Required education: Associate
• Preferred experience: RN, 1 year
• Required license or certification:
  • Registered Nurse license
  • Current State Nursing License
  • BLS certification (Basic Life Support)
• 2 years of experience in Skin Care/Aesthetics or customer service preferred.
• Clinically competent, professional, compassionate, and functions well with the team.
• Exceptional communication skills; capable of problem‑solving.
• Outgoing personality with a calming presence, making clients comfortable.
• Attentive and able to listen and read customers to ensure high Skin Laundry standards.
• Attention to detail in following company protocol and goal‑oriented.
• Prioritize client safety and customer service; able to make clinical decisions, knowing when to ask for assistance.

• Creating Curated Client Experiences
  • Present and promote customized no‑downtime laser facials suited for current and prospective clients’ skincare needs.
  • Discuss the importance of the skin care protocols created by the medical team.
  • Celebrate the success of the results our clients see.
• Supporting Store Operations Success
  • Improve efficiency and accuracy in all processes and procedures within the business.
  • Assist with training (precepting), coaching, and developing staff members to understand and execute operational expectations.
  • Establish adequate staffing to ensure timely patient visits.
  • Strong communication skills; ability to multitask and use computer/store systems.
  • Maintain effective client retention processes.
