Job Title: MCS Senior Associate Quality Assurance

Location: Thousand Oaks, California (On-site)

Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated professional to deliver real-time, floor-based quality assurance support within a leading drug substance production facility. Our team values critical thinking, flexibility, and an attention to detail to ensure compliance and operational excellence across manufacturing and facilities operations.

• Provide daily quality oversight and compliance support across manufacturing and facilities by maintaining a purposeful presence on the plant floor.
• Review and approve electronic batch records, revise and approve standard operating procedures, and handle quality approval of minor deviations.
• Evaluate compliance issues, offer recommendations, and ensure timely progress and completion of quality records.
• Represent the quality assurance function in team-based projects aimed at achieving departmental operational goals within a matrix environment.

• High school diploma/GED with at least 2 years of work experience, OR an associate’s degree with at least 6 months of work experience, OR a bachelor’s degree.
• Proven flexibility to rotate between day and swing shifts every six months, including starting with day shifts for training purposes.
• Hands‑on experience in quality assurance or manufacturing within a GMP environment; strong focus on attention to detail in all aspects of work.
• Demonstrated ability to perform GMP operations, including following SOPs and maintaining good documentation practices.
