Job Title:
Lab Ware LIMS Configuration Specialist
Location:
Thousand Oaks, CA
Duration: 6+ Months
We are currently looking for a Lab Ware LIMS Configuration & Integration Specialist to support a Lab Ware 8 upgrade within a GMP laboratory environment.
Key FocusThe ideal candidate will have hands-on Lab Ware LIMS 8 configuration experience
, particularly with:
- Raw material and commercial product workflows
- Lab Ware master data configuration
- Laboratory equipment workflows
- Instrument/system integrations
- LIMS validation and requirements traceability
- GMP laboratory operations
- Configure and support Lab Ware 8 workflows for raw materials and commercial products, including stability.
- Manage master data, test workflows, specifications, sampling plans, and laboratory equipment configurations.
- Translate regulatory, quality, and operational requirements into compliant Lab Ware designs.
- Support LIMS validation
, documentation, and requirements-to-configuration traceability. - Configure and support instrument interfaces between Lab Ware and laboratory systems.
- Support integrations with systems such as Empower and LabX
. - Support parsing scripts where required and permitted.
- Troubleshoot Lab Ware configuration and integration issues.
- Partner with Quality, Validation, IT, and Laboratory teams.
- Ensure configurations comply with GMP, change control, validation, and data integrity requirements
.
- Proven hands-on experience with Lab Ware LIMS
, with Lab Ware 8 strongly preferred
. - Experience working in GMP pharmaceutical/biopharmaceutical laboratory environments
. - Strong experience with raw material and commercial product testing.
- Experience configuring laboratory equipment and workflows.
- Experience translating business, quality, and regulatory requirements into LIMS configurations.
- Experience supporting LIMS validation and requirements traceability
. - Experience integrating Lab Ware with laboratory instruments/systems such as Empower or LabX
. - Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Lab Ware 8 upgrade or major LIMS implementation experience.
- Pharmaceutical/biopharmaceutical GMP experience.
- Experience supporting LIMS inspection readiness.️>!
- Experience with instrument interfaces, parsing, and laboratory data integration.
