We are a national staffing firm and are currently seeking a LIMS Configuration Consultant for a prominent client of ours. This position is located in Thousand Oaks, CA 91320.Details of the position are as follows:
Job Details- Pay: $72–$100/hr.
to Start!! - 5 and half months of an assignment, with possibility for extension based on performance and budget.
- Monday – Friday (1st standard shift)
- Position will be mainly responsible for hands‑on configuration of Lab Ware LIMS to support a Lab Ware 8 upgrade and implementation within a GMP‑regulated laboratory environment.
- Position will also be responsible for configuring raw material, commercial product, stability, master data, test workflows, and laboratory equipment processes within Lab Ware.
- Position will support integration between Lab Ware and laboratory instruments/systems such as Empower, LabX, or similar platforms and troubleshoot configuration and interface issues.
- Position will translate laboratory, quality, regulatory, and operational requirements into compliant Lab Ware configurations and support requirements traceability, testing, validation, and change control activities.
- Position will work closely with Quality, Validation, IT, and laboratory teams to support successful implementation and stable execution of Lab Ware workflows in live GMP operations.
- Hands-on Lab Ware LIMS configuration experience is Required;
Lab Ware 8 is Preferred
, but Lab Ware 6 or 7 experience is acceptable! - Experience working with Lab Ware in a GMP‑regulated laboratory environment is Required!
- Hands-on experience configuring raw material workflows and/or Lab Ware integration with laboratory instruments/systems such as Empower, LabX, or similar platforms is Preferred!
- Experience with commercial product testing, stability workflows, LIMS validation, requirements traceability, testing, and change control is Preferred!
- This is a hands‑on Lab Ware configuration role; candidates whose experience is limited to Business Analysis, Project Management, Administration, or general LIMS support are not a fit.
