Associate Scientist – In vivo Pharmacology What you will doIn this vital role you will be a part of a fast‑paced, integrated, and interactive research group exploring therapeutics for immuno‑oncology programs. You will be responsible for generating and communicating pharmacology data to support the progression of oncology and immunotherapy research programs.
Key Responsibilities- Design, conduct, analyze, and report in‑vivo and in‑vitro studies
- In‑vivo work will include handling techniques such as tumor inoculation and measurement, oral, SC, IP and IV dosing, blood, tissue collection and model development
- In‑vitro work includes a range of cellular assays including multiparametric flow cytometry and molecular biology techniques to help interpret in‑vivo observations
- Operate and maintain laboratory equipment, keep accurate, timely records, and perform data analysis
- Actively participate and present at cross‑departmental teams and meetings

Basic QualificationsMaster’s degree and 1 year of in‑vivo pharmacology and laboratory experience
OR
Bachelor’s degree and 3 years of in‑vivo pharmacology and laboratory experience
Preferred Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree in Biochemistry, Bioengineering, Biology, Cell Biology, Immunology, Molecular Biology, or a related subject area and 4 years of scientific laboratory experience
- Hands‑on experience with preclinical models of cancer
- Hands‑on experience administering drugs through various routes
- Hands‑on experience with in‑vivo bioluminescence imaging (BLI)
- Experience collecting blood via different routes and tissues for downstream analysis
- Flow cytometry and multi‑parametric analysis (5+ colors) experience is strongly desired
- Hands‑on experience with molecular, cellular, and ex‑vivo biological techniques and assays
- Computer literacy, especially proficiency with Graph Pad Prism, Excel, PowerPoint, Word and scientific software
- Previous drug discovery experience
- Attention to detail, translating into high‑quality results
- Pro‑active, enthusiastic, with a desire to learn and be part of a highly productive team

The expected annual salary range for this role in the U.S. (excluding Puerto Rico) is posted. Actual salary will vary based on several factors including but not limited to, relevant skills, experience and qualifications.
