Associate Protein Chemistry - Purification

Basic Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in life sciences.

We are searching for a highly motivated Associate to join the Protein Therapeutics (PT) Protein Chemistry team. This role focuses on engineering, production, assessment, and final selection of large molecule drug candidates for Process Development.

• Purify novel and complex molecules that will be the next generation of large molecule therapeutics.
• Contribute to the execution of our protein purification and analytics capabilities.
• Organize, analyze, and report findings to support lead candidate selection.
• Partner with Project, Analytics, and Automation teams to advance our pipeline.

We seek a highly collaborative, motivated scientist with the following qualifications.

Bachelor's degree in life sciences, or

Associate’s degree and 4 years of relevant scientific experience, or

High school diploma / GED and 6 years of protein purification and/or protein analytics experience.

• Demonstrated strong communication skills, ability to multi‑task, and work collaboratively in a cross‑functional team environment.
• Track record of independent critical thinking and creative problem solving.
• Experience with protein purification, chromatography resins, instrumentation, and software.
• Familiarity with protein analytics fundamentals and techniques.
• Familiarity with handling and analyzing large datasets.
