Role Overview

As a part‑time Brand Ambassador, you bring our brand to life each day, providing an amazing shopping experience, building brand loyalty, and representing company values with authenticity.

• Use the AEO Selling Model to engage with every guest, helping them find exactly what they’re looking for with a “friends first” mindset.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie products and make product suggestions that fit their needs.
• Introduce the AEO loyalty program and additional brand channels to guests.
• Flex between the Sales floor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room, and Stockroom as needed.
• Proactively resolve guest concerns while adhering to company policy.
• Assist the team in getting the job done.
• Act with integrity and follow AEO’s policies and procedures.

• You love interacting with people.
• You’re energetic and can handle multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
• You’re available during evenings, weekends, and holidays when guests shop.
• You love AE and Aerie products.
• You have prior retail experience.
• You’re at least 16 years of age.
