• High school diploma or equivalent
• 5+ years of experience managing a retail tire store
• Valid CA driver's license
• Excellent communication skills
• Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
• A motivated and customer-service-oriented leader with a strong work ethic who thrives in a fast-paced retail environment and pushes themselves and their team to achieve results

A 2-year college degree or equivalent managerial certificate is preferred.

This full-time role features a consistent schedule:

• Monday-Friday 8 AM - 5 PM
• Saturday 8 AM - 3 PM
• Closed Sundays

Overtime opportunities are available for motivated candidates.

As our Tire Retail Store Manager, you'll do the following:

• Deliver outstanding customer service, drive sales, and promote store initiatives
• Build customer loyalty while supporting team and company goals.
• Manage budgets, payroll, and store performance; maintain accurate financial records.
• Oversee staff scheduling and development; stay current through ongoing training.
• Ensure customer satisfaction through follow-up and handle additional duties as needed.
• Follow up with customers for feedback and satisfaction.
• Perform additional duties as needed.
