We are seeking a US-based, remote AM Quartex Sales Executive to join our small North American team at a pivotal stage in the platform’s growth, covering institutions across the US and Canada. You will build pipeline, lead consultative sales conversations and deliver compelling demonstrations, working closely with colleagues across the business to convert interest into long-term partnerships. The role would suit someone commercially motivated, confident in proactive outreach and CRM discipline, and keen to develop expertise in a distinctive platform operating at the intersection of technology, scholarship and cultural heritage.

Role responsibilities- Build and execute outbound programs to generate pipeline, including target account mapping and persona-based outreach.
- Prioritize and qualify inbound leads as part of a balanced acquisition strategy.
- Lead sales engagements with senior decision-makers, tailoring messaging and product demos to institutional needs and workflows.
- Conduct ongoing forecasting, territory planning and opportunity management to maintain accurate visibility of pipeline health.
- Deliver compelling presentations, workshops, and solution demonstrations using a consultative, value-driven approach.
- Maintain accurate, complete CRM data including opportunities, contacts, and activity logs.
- Use data analysis and forecasting tools to inform strategy and prioritization.
- Contribute to territory planning and sales reporting to support team performance.
- Sustain strong relationships with new and existing Quartex customers, driving engagement throughout the customer lifecycle.
- Serve as a trusted advisor on digital collections, discovery workflows, academic purchasing, and emerging archival technologies.
- Collaborate with Customer Support, Customer Experience and implementation teams to enhance satisfaction and long‑term retention.
- Maintain advanced product knowledge of Quartex, adapting as new features launch.
- Identify emerging trends in the academic and library technology landscape.
- Frequent travel required to conferences, strategic accounts, and campus visits (approx. 30‑35%).
- Commercial awareness and experience in a sales role.
- Willingness to learn and apply consultative selling techniques.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and strong data discipline.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Curious, adaptable, and eager to grow their commercial skill set.
- Organized, self‑driven and able to prioritize effectively in a fast‑moving environment.
