Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Compensation: $18.00 – $22.00 per hour (DOE) + Uncapped Bonuses

Patriot is seeking motivated, high-energy individuals to join our door-to-door appointment setting team. As a Canvasser, you are the first point of contact for homeowners, responsible for sparking interest in our home improvement services and scheduling consultations for our sales team.

No prior experience? No problem. If you have the "gift of gab" and love talking to people, we provide the guidance and training necessary to help you succeed.

• Direct Outreach:
  Engage with homeowners door-to-door to promote home improvement solutions.
• Lead Generation:
  Identify prospective customers and set qualified appointments for the sales department.
• Brand Representation:
  Act as a professional and friendly face for Patriot within the Thousand Oaks community.
• Goal Achievement:
  Meet or exceed daily and weekly appointment-setting targets to maximize your bonus potential.

• Base Pay:
  Competitive hourly rate of $18–$22/hour, depending on experience.
• Performance Bonuses:
  Top performers consistently earn an additional $2,000–$3,000 in monthly bonuses.
