An Automotive Retail Salesperson assists customers throughout the vehicle purchasing process, from initial contact to final delivery. This role focuses on building relationships, understanding customer needs, and delivering a transparent, compliant, and high-quality buying experience.

• Greet customers and assist in-person and online
• Identify customer needs and recommend vehicles
• Conduct product presentations and test drives
• Explain features, warranties, and add-ons
• Complete sales transactions and documentation
• Follow California compliance laws (DMV, TILA, etc.)
• Meet sales goals and maintain customer relationships
• Collaborate with F&I and dealership staff

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid California driver’s license
• Ability to obtain CA Vehicle Salesperson License
• Sales or customer service experience preferred

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Sales and negotiation ability
• Customer-focused mindset
• Basic computer proficiency
• Problem-solving skills

• Base Hourly pay plus commission/bonuses
