Security Officer Shopping Center

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and property staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities at a commercial real estate location.;
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting concerns to property management and/or Allied Universal leadership as appropriate.;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.;
Monitor access points and visitor activity, assisting with badge checks, vendor access, and/or delivery coordination in accordance with site policies and post instructions.;
Support day-to-day property operations by communicating professionally with occupants and guests, addressing routine questions, and reporting maintenance, lighting, and other property-related issues that may affect the location.
