- Identify suspicious threats, criminal violations, facility issues evaluate and implement proper communications protocol
- Escort and assist with the functions of physical and personal security, and safety measures for clients.
- The ability to work independently or as a member of an integral team and adapt to various work-paces while always maintaining a high-level of attentiveness, energy, and professionalism.
- Coordinate contingency plans with team and emergency personnel for security incidents and high-risk situations at the residence and in the field.
- Observe and regulate access to the property’s entry logs of on-site guests and work personnel – cautioning trespassing violators of premise boundaries and regulations.
- Perform security checks by thoroughly examining entry points for proper function and secureness.

- Two years of experience in high end security, military, or law enforcement.
- Valid and current Guard Card issued by the California Bureau of Security and Investigative Services.
- Valid and current government issued driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- A GED or High School Diploma/Transcript - Associates Degree or some verifiable college (preferred).
- Ability to perform essential functions of the position with or without reasonable accommodations, i.e.: lengthy periods of standing with professional posture, lift and carry 10lbs, walk perimeters of property.
- Excellent English verbal, comprehension, and written skills – Bilingual is a plus.
- Access to reliable transportation with the ability to arrive to work on time.
- Ability to arrive groomed, clean, dressed and pressed in accordance with uniform standards.
- Basic computer knowledge – i.e.: typing reports, operating basic gate functionality, Word.
- Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.
- Regularly required to stand, walk, talk, hear, and see (using near vision, far vision, and peripheral vision) to identity and address potential threats or safety concerns.
- Occasionally required to stoop, kneel, crouch, or sit while remaining alert to surroundings.
- Frequently required to use hands or reach with hands and arms at, above, or below shoulder level for various reasons, including detainment.
- May occasionally require lifting, pushing, pulling up to 25 pounds.
- Regularly works in outdoor weather conditions including severe conditions as seasons dictate.
