Maintenance Technician / Mechanic
Maintenance Technician – Production Team
Salary: $28 – $40 per hour (based on experience)

- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on industrial machinery, conveyors, gearboxes, and utilities equipment.
- Diagnose and repair electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems to minimize downtime.
- Support production operations by ensuring all equipment is running safely and efficiently.
- Collaborate with engineers and supervisors to execute maintenance projects and process improvements.
- Maintain accurate maintenance logs, work orders, and inventory records.
- Assist in equipment installations, rebuilds, and construction projects as needed.
- Follow OSHA safety standards and company procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
- 3+ years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing or production setting.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, drives, conveyors, and utilities.
- Basic electrical troubleshooting experience (480V, motors, sensors, PLC familiarity a plus).
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and maintenance manuals.
- Proficient with tools, meters, and diagnostic equipment.
- High school diploma or GED required; technical or trade school certificate preferred.
- Must be able to pass respirator testing and adhere to safety protocols.
- Experience in glass, steel, or heavy industrial manufacturing environments.
- Exposure to combustion systems, silos, weighing systems, or material handling equipment.
- Familiarity with CMMS systems and preventive maintenance scheduling.
