Maintenance Technician – Production Team

Salary: $28 – $40 per hour (based on experience)

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on industrial machinery, conveyors, gearboxes, and utilities equipment.
• Diagnose and repair electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems to minimize downtime.
• Support production operations by ensuring all equipment is running safely and efficiently.
• Collaborate with engineers and supervisors to execute maintenance projects and process improvements.
• Maintain accurate maintenance logs, work orders, and inventory records.
• Assist in equipment installations, rebuilds, and construction projects as needed.
• Follow OSHA safety standards and company procedures to ensure a safe working environment.

• 3+ years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing or production setting.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, drives, conveyors, and utilities.
• Basic electrical troubleshooting experience (480V, motors, sensors, PLC familiarity a plus).
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and maintenance manuals.
• Proficient with tools, meters, and diagnostic equipment.
• High school diploma or GED required; technical or trade school certificate preferred.
• Must be able to pass respirator testing and adhere to safety protocols.

• Experience in glass, steel, or heavy industrial manufacturing environments.
• Exposure to combustion systems, silos, weighing systems, or material handling equipment.
• Familiarity with CMMS systems and preventive maintenance scheduling.
