What You’ll Be Doing- Diagnose and perform drain cleaning services on residential and commercial properties
- Use Service Titan software to manage work orders, customer info, and transactions
- Spot additional plumbing issues and recommend smart solutions for customers
- Collect payments upon completion of service
- Keep your truck stocked and organized with the parts and tools you need
- Deliver top‑quality, safe work every time
- Build real relationships with customers through great service
- Drain cleaning machines and augers
- Inspection cameras and leak detection equipment
- Standard plumbing tools (wrenches, pliers, pipe cutters, etc.)
- Service Titan mobile app and hardware
- 2+ years of experience as a Drain Service Technician or similar role
- Comfort using Service Titan software
- A knack for spotting opportunities and closing additional service sales
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to manage transactions and collect payments
- A valid driver's license that meets company policy
