** What you'll be doing as an*
* ** HVAC Technician**  **:*
* + Diagnose, service, repair, and maintain commercial HVAC equipment

+ Troubleshoot complex mechanical and electrical issues

+ Perform preventative maintenance and equipment inspections

+ Work with cooling towers, water-source heat pumps, chillers, and VRF systems

+ Clearly document completed work and communicate equipment concerns

+ Follow all company and jobsite safety procedures

** Available shifts:*
* Shift Timings: 1st Shift (Day)

* Job requirements:

* + Applicants must be at least 18 years of age to be considered for employment with People Ready

+ Minimum of eight years of HVAC experience

+ Strong commercial HVAC experience

+ Experience working with Cooling towers, Water-source heat pumps, Chillers

+ Variable Refrigerant Flow (VRF) systems

+ Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills

+ Ability to work independently and complete assignments efficiently

+ Dependable, professional, and safety-focused

+ Background Check Required
