Ford of Thousand Oaks is expanding our Service Team and is currently seeking a skilled and motivated Heavy Line Technician
. If you’re an experienced technician who takes pride in high-quality engine, transmission, and driveline repairs, this is your chance to join a well-established dealership with strong service volume and a supportive work environment.

• Diagnose and repair complex engine, transmission, driveline, and suspension issues.
• Perform major repairs including engine replacements, transmission overhauls, and warranty work.
• Conduct multi-point inspections and identify safety or maintenance concerns.
• Document work clearly and accurately in accordance with Ford and dealership standards.
• Collaborate with Service Advisors and Parts Department to ensure efficient workflow.
• Adhere to all safety procedures and company policies.

• 3+ years of automotive heavy line or powertrain repair experience required.
• Ford certification or OEM training preferred (but not required).
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Positive attitude and a commitment to customer satisfaction.

This is a flat rate position that is also eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, which includes Bonuses based on Production/Productivity.

The Flat Rate Range for this position is $25.00 - $70.00. Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and location.
