• Diagnose, clear, and maintain drains in both residential and commercial settings
• Operate within Service Titan to handle work orders, customer data, and payment processing
• Identify related plumbing issues and present smart, customer-focused solutions
• Collect payments when work is completed
• Keep your service vehicle stocked, orderly, and safe
• Consistently deliver quality workmanship and adhere to safety protocols
• Provide outstanding customer service and build strong relationships

• Drain cleaning machines and augers
• Inspection cameras and leak detection equipment
• Standard plumbing tools (wrenches, pliers, pipe cutters, etc.)
• Service Titan mobile app and hardware
