We're looking for experienced Toyota/Lexus technicians who are ready to get paid for what they know.
Our service department is growing, and our current repair volume provides substantial opportunity for experienced, productive technicians.
We're looking for Toyota Certified Master Technicians and MDT Technicians with a minimum of 5 years of Toyota/Lexus dealership experience.
COMPENSATION: $42.00-$50.00 PER FLAGGED HOURThe anticipated piece-rate pay range for this position is $42.00-$50.00 per flagged hour
, depending on certification level, experience, qualifications, and demonstrated technical ability.
Additional earning opportunities may be available through production and performance programs.
This is a non-exempt, piece-rate position. Rest and recovery periods, other nonproductive time, overtime, and all other compensable time are paid in accordance with applicable California wage and hour requirements.

Our repair volume includes:
- Customer-pay repairs
- Warranty work
- Recalls and campaigns
- Used-vehicle reconditioning
- Diagnostics
- Maintenance
- Major mechanical repairs
