Health Fitness is looking for a full‑time, fitness center receptionist, 40 hpw, to join our team at our client site located in Thousand Oaks, CA. In this position, you will greet, check‑in and assist customers; provide program information, services, membership and ensure the highest possible level of customer service and participant satisfaction. This role requires attention to detail, administrative responsibilities using Outlook and Excel and being able to multitask in a high‑pace environment.

This position may occasionally be required to assist with facilities‑locker room cleanliness and restocking supplies, as‑needed.

Schedule:

Monday ‑ Friday, 10:45 am ‑ 7:15 pm; hours may be subject to change, no weekends!

Greet, check‑in and assist customers. Provides program information, services, membership and ensures the highest possible level of customer service and participant satisfaction.

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Adult CPR/AED and First Aid certifications from American Heart Association, American Red Cross or American Safety & Health Institute required within 30 days of hire.
• Previous customer service experience a plus.
• Provides administrative support for internal programs, membership drives and special events.
• Other duties as needed or assigned.

Compensation: $18.50–$19.50 per hour. Pay is dependent on experience and qualifications.
