Updike Distribution Logistics offers driver-friendly regional routes across the Southwest with a straightforward pay structure. Starting CPM at 55 with a 0.05 mileage bonus up to 60.5 CPM, plus layover, detention, and extra-stop pay components. There are safety/production bonuses and a $500 transition bonus, plus a retention bonus after 180 days.
Orientation includes paid training and benefits after 90 days. Benefits include Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance, plus a 401k match up to 6%.
