Role Description

This role is critical to ensuring that every document issued by Focal is accurate, complete, compliant, and aligned with our brand and quality standards. The Document Controller will support all Focal entities and project teams, acting as a central point for document QA/QC, version control, formatting, and timely distribution. The successful candidate with 3 plus years experience will demonstrate exceptional attention to detail, strong organisational skills, and a clear understanding of quality management within an engineering and consultancy environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and maintain documents using Document Management Systems (DMS) such as Aconex, Newforma, Procore, EDMS, SharePoint, or similar platforms.
- Maintain and update project logs, including submittal logs, drawing registers, and material approval logs.
- Coordinate with internal teams, consultants, and clients' DC for document submissions and approvals.
- Support project teams in preparing transmittals and submission packages and document tracker list.
- Ensure effective coordination and communication across all project stakeholders.
