Shift Coordinator (m/w)
Der Shiftleader sorgt für die Organisation und den reibungslosen Ablauf der Schichten. Er ist für die ihm zugeteilten Schichten, das Wohlbefinden und die Sicherheit der Crewmitglieder und Gäste verantwortlich. Er führt und motiviert das Team so, dass die Ziele des Restaurants erreicht werden.
Der Shiftleader geht mit gutem Beispiel voran und achtet besonders auf Standards für Lebensmittelsicherheit, Qualität, Service, Sauberkeit und Hygiene im Restaurant unter Einhaltung der anwendbaren gesetzlichen Vorschriften.
