Join our exciting, fast-paced organization supporting engineering, technology, and earth sciences in Northwestern Ontario!

The successful candidates will assist with day-to-day general office administration.

Full Description

Working with our Administration group, the successful candidates will assist with day-to-day general administration functions, including:

  • General reception of employees, clients, and guests.
  • Answering telephone inquiries.
  • Updating and creating spreadsheets using Microsoft Excel.
  • Routine administrative tasks including general reception, printing, photocopying, binding documents, ensuring adequate inventory of supplies, and general clerical duties.

    • Demonstrated abilities in administration, along with associated education are assets. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years’ related experience including intermediate to advanced level knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite of products.
