Key Responsibilities:
• Manage clinic reception and create welcoming patient experiences
• Schedule and confirm medical appointments for healthcare staff
• Maintain and organize electronic patient records securely
• Assist patients with intake forms and appointment processes
• Support health program data collection and reporting
Requirements:
• Post-secondary diploma in medical office administration
• Minimum two years of healthcare administrative experience
• Proficiency in EMR systems and Microsoft Office
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Knowledge of Indigenous community health is a significant asset
