Position: Bilingual Operations Forester for Ontario
Lead forestry operations as a bilingual Operations Forester with a focus on efficiency and teamwork. This remote role emphasizes health and safety compliance and contractor collaboration.

In this position, you'll manage field operations while ensuring all regulations are honored. You will help develop operational plans, oversee inspections, and maintain strong relationships within the community and with contractors. Candidates should have solid experience in forest operations and the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate operational efficiency with contractor teams

• Monitor compliance with safety and environmental standards

• Assist in operational planning and budgeting processes

• Foster cooperative relationships with public agencies

• Inspect and approve Forest Operations Inspection Reports

Requirements:

• Must be bilingual in English and French

• 3–5 years of forestry operational experience

• Degree in Forestry or equivalent qualification

• Experience with MS Office and mapping software

• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
