FBC is seeking a dedicated Tax Advisor & Preparer to work closely with Members, understanding their needs and delivering effective tax strategies. You will travel frequently to meet clients in diverse settings, utilizing your extensive experience in tax preparation. Your expertise will not only assist in tax filing but also in other financial services such as payroll and bookkeeping.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver accurate tax advice to Members.

• Complete T1 and T2 tax returns accurately.

• Foster strong client relationships for ongoing engagement.

• Assess Member needs and offer tailored solutions.

• Document all Member interactions thoroughly.

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of experience in tax accounting.

• Proficient in tax prep software;
Taxprepand Xero preferred.

• Experience preparing tax for small businesses.

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
