Overview

As a Banking Advisor at National Bank, you will build personal, trust‑based relationships with branch clients, collaborate with specialists in investments, mortgage financing, and other areas, and progress through a structured career path. • Listen to client needs, ask the right questions, and handle a variety of situations, including complex cases.
• Advise individuals and small businesses by offering tailored solutions for day‑to‑day transactions, personal financing, investments, customized insurance coverage, and simple estate planning needs.
• Support clients through mortgage renewal or renegotiation processes.
• Provide a consistent, personalized, and satisfying experience for every interaction.
• Refer clients to appropriate specialists (investments, mortgage, insurance) to ensure they receive the best service.
• Follow compliance, security, and risk‑management rules in all activities.

• Mutual fund licence (MFR) – essential for higher levels.
• College diploma (DEC) or equivalent.
