The Thunder Bay Hotel Collection seeks a dedicated Multi-seller Sales Manager to enhance client relationships and drive revenue. This role focuses on managing sales inquiries, coordinating with hotel teams, and developing marketing strategies tailored to guest needs. Your organizational skills and goal-oriented mindset will ensure the achievement of business goals alongside the General Managers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage relationships with existing and potential guests

• Coordinate internal departments for customer satisfaction

• Develop promotional projects to boost sales

• Conduct hotel tours and showcase services

• Prepare proposals and negotiate contracts

Requirements:

• 2-3 years hospitality or sales experience

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Diploma/degree in Hospitality Management or Business

• Familiarity with Microsoft Office and management systems

• Valid Class G Driver's license
