This onsite role at the Thunder Bay Hotel Collection seeks a talented Sales Manager to build strong relationships with guests while maximizing revenue. Focus on both existing accounts and new business opportunities as you work towards achieving sales goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Establish relationships with existing guest accounts

• Prospect new business opportunities locally

• Manage and convert inbound inquiries efficiently

• Collaborate with hotel departments for customer satisfaction

• Organize and conduct hotel tours for potential clients

Requirements:

• 2-3 years of relevant hospitality or sales experience

• Proven ability to maintain client relationships

• Strong communication skills across teams

• Knowledge of Hospitality Management preferred

• Class G driver’s license required
