Horizon North is partnered with Chi Mino Ozhitoowin (CMO) to provide an essential spectrum of camp, catering and infrastructure services to the Waasigan Transmission Line Project. CMO LP is owned by Eagle Lake, Gakijiwanong Anishinaabe Nation (formerly Lac La Croix First Nation), Fort William, Wabigoon, Seine River, Lac Seul and Nigigoonsiminikaaning First Nations and Ojibway Nation of Saugeen. This partnership is rooted in the shared values of cultural preservation, community well-being and sustainable development and aims to harness the opportunities presented by the Waasigan Project.

Job Description
WHAT'S THE JOB?
The Camp Maintenance Worker is responsible for the safe, efficient, and timely maintenance of all camp facilities, infrastructure, and equipment. This hands-on role includes a wide range of tasks including preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, minor repairs, and responding to emergency issues to ensure continuous operations in a remote camp environment. The ideal candidate is a versatile, safety-conscious professional with broad trade knowledge and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic setting.
