Richardson International is currently hiring an Industrial Mechanic/Millwright for the Thunder Bay terminal. The ideal candidate will manage preventative maintenance, troubleshoot mechanical failures, and ensure compliance with safety protocols. You will work collaboratively with a unionized maintenance team and have opportunities for career development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine preventative maintenance on equipment

• Troubleshoot and repair machinery as necessary

• Maintain safety and fire prevention practices

• Assist fellow team members in various tasks

• Be available for emergency call-ins and overtime

Requirements:

• Valid Red Seal Certificate or relevant apprenticeship

• Ability to read blueprints and organize tasks

• Basic computer skills with eagerness to learn systems

• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities

• Capacity to lift and handle 50 lbs. without assistance
