Mill Electrician Maintenance Specialist

Elevate your career as a Mill Maintenance Electrician, essential for electrical systems management in mining operations. You'll troubleshoot, maintain, and upgrade from day one.
Reporting to the Mill Maintenance Electrical Supervisor, you will leverage over two years of experience to ensure safe, reliable mill operations. Your expertise in electrical principles will be utilized in maintaining various systems such as control equipment and VFDs. Expect to work on complex electronic systems and guide apprentices through their training.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and upgrade electrical systems and installations

• Interpret drawings, schematics, and electrical codes

• Install and manage automated systems effectively

• Attend to breakdowns and emergencies promptly

• Maintain detailed records of daily tasks
Requirements:

• 2+ years of mining maintenance experience

• Advanced knowledge of electrical principles and techniques

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
