Grader Operators are needed for Nuna Logistics Limited, a leading Inuit-owned heavy civil construction and mining contractor. This role involves working on large earthworks and mining projects in remote northern locations, offering a unique opportunity for those with experience in grader operation and a passion for working in challenging environments. The ideal candidate will thrive in rotational schedules and remote camp life, demonstrating strong safety awareness and teamwork.

• Competitive hourly rate with overtime pay (1.5x)
• 2 week on / 2 week off rotations; 12-hour days
• Fly-In & Fly-Out

• Previous experience operating graders in road building, mining, and/or industrial settings
• Experience with rotational schedules and remote camp life
• Strong safety awareness and ability to incorporate HS&E concepts into work
• Ability to work independently in various weather conditions
• Experience with radio communications and protocols
• Ability to complete pre-trip safety inspections and daily hazard assessments
