In this permanent role at Weyerhaeuser's Timber strand® plant, your leadership will drive team performance and safety. You will oversee Electricians and Process Control Technicians, enabling effective communication and planning for electrical work. Achieving production and quality goals through troubleshooting and maintenance will be key to your success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure safety for associates and contractors
• Lead and develop the Electrical team’s performance
• Plan and schedule electrical work efficiently
• Utilize troubleshooting methods to ensure uptime
• Manage maintenance requests using CMMS software
Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years’ supervisory experience
• Trades certification or diploma in technology required
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience with PLCs is advantageous
• Proven ability to foster positive team relationships
