Drives a tractor trailer or straight truck to deliver and unload food and related products to customers on intrastate and interstate routes (OTR, shuttle, overnight) per schedule;
Performs pre-trip and post-trip safety checks and DOT-compliant inspections; reports safety issues and repairs as needed;
Interacts professionally with customers, vendors, and coworkers; communicates answers to questions accurately and timely;
Completes required paperwork, verifies delivery with customer, obtains signatures, and collects payments where applicable;
Ensures proper loading, securing of freight, and vessel/vehicle safety; maintains vehicle cleanliness and completes routine housekeeping and documentation
