As our  Head Housekeeper  , at Forss House Hotel, youll lead a team that takes pride in creating spotless, welcoming bedrooms and public areas that make a lasting first impression on our guests.
Youll organise daily room allocations, coach and support your team, carry out quality checks, manage linen and cleaning supplies, and work closely with Reception and Maintenance to ensure every room is guest-ready. No two days are the same, but every day youll help create an environment where guests feel comfortable, cared for and keen to return.

What Were Looking For      Essential     Previous housekeeping experience, ideally in a hotel environment.
Experience leading, supervising or supporting a team.
High standards of cleanliness and attention to detail.
Organised and able to prioritise a busy workload.
A positive, hands-on approach and willingness to lead by example.
Good communication skills and the ability to work closely with other departments.
Reliable, flexible and committed to delivering an excellent guest experience.
Desirable     Experience as a Head Housekeeper or Housekeeping Supervisor.
Knowledge of COSHH and safe use of cleaning chemicals.
Experience managing stock, linen and departmental budgets.
Experience training, coaching and developing team members.
Familiarity with hotel property management systems and room status procedures.
