** Position Summary
** As a
** Receptionist**, you will oversee front desk operations, manage incoming calls, greet visitors, and provide administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations. Weekend availability is required to maintain consistent coverage.##
** Key Responsibilities
*** Greet and assist residents, families, visitors, and vendors professionally
* Answer and direct incoming phone calls promptly and courteously
* Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area
* Handle incoming/outgoing mail and deliveries
* Provide administrative and clerical support to various departments
* Monitor visitor sign-in procedures and follow facility protocols
* Assist with scheduling and general office tasks
* Communicate effectively with staff and leadership## ##
** Qualifications**###
** Required
* ** High school diploma or equivalent
* Previous receptionist, front desk, or customer service experience
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, email, etc.)
* Reliable with

** Preferred
* ** Experience in a healthcare or skilled nursing setting
* Familiarity with multi-line phone systems## ##
