PositionFull-Time Maintenance Technician
We are seeking a highly experienced Full-Time Maintenance Technician with strong knowledge of plumbing, painting, and electrical work. The ideal candidate must be skilled in troubleshooting and repairing a variety of maintenance issues.
Responsibilities- Performing plumbing repairs and installations
- Electrical troubleshooting and minor repairs
- Interior and exterior painting
- General repairs and preventative maintenance
- Diagnosing and fixing mechanical or structural issues
- Ensuring facilities are safe and properly maintained
- Strong experience in maintenance work required
- Solid knowledge of plumbing, painting, and electrical systems
- Ability to diagnose and repair issues independently
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Must be dependable and detail-oriented
- Flexible schedule availability, including evenings or weekends if needed
This is a full-time position requiring hands-on experience and strong technical knowledge.
